Delicious frozen yogurt bites that are rich in protein and perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the guilt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional add-ins: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed, 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and any optional ingredients.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop portions onto the prepared tray, spacing them an inch apart.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container, placing parchment paper between layers.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer or let sit for 1 minute before eating for optimal texture.
Notes
These bites can be kept in the freezer for up to one month. For best texture, consume within two weeks.
