Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 1⅓ cups chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Make the yogurt mixture: In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth and creamy.
- Form the bites: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the mixture into cookie-like shapes.
- Add peanuts: Press five peanuts into each bite.
- First freeze: Freeze for two hours until solid.
- Melt the chocolate: Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat until smooth.
- Coat with chocolate: Dip each bite in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Add finishing salt: Sprinkle flaky sea salt over each coated bite.
- Final freeze: Freeze for another 20 minutes to set.
