Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, egg, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl until well combined.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with fresh fruits and a drizzle of maple syrup.
