Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together to ensure an even coating.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the asparagus is tender and edges are slightly crisp.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
