Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or thyme), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
