Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or thyme), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
