Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a cheesy, savory delight that combines all the beloved flavors of a cheeseburger in a fun, bite-sized package.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal securely.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter for that enticing golden color.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes
