Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
