Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
