Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Blend minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to form a marinade.
  3. Add the peeled jumbo shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Let sit for 15-30 minutes to absorb flavors.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, ensuring they are secure but not overcrowded.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
