Ingredients
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Blend minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to form a marinade.
- Add the peeled jumbo shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Let sit for 15-30 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, ensuring they are secure but not overcrowded.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Serve hot, perhaps with a flavorful dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
