Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp, toss well, and let them marinate for about 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
  3. Skewer (optional): If you prefer, thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling.
