Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp, toss well, and let them marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Prepare the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
- Skewer (optional): If you prefer, thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling.
- Grill: Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Serve: Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley.
