Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a quick and indulgent dish, perfect for family dinners or elegant appetizers, featuring tender steak infused with fragrant garlic and rich butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ribeye steak (cut into 1-inch pieces, trimmed of excess fat)
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter (or ghee/plant-based butter)
  • 2-3 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (roughly chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and then add steak pieces, searing them for 30-60 seconds per side.
  3. Remove the seared steak bites and set aside on a plate.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic to the same skillet, allowing the butter to melt and garlic to become fragrant.
  5. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet, tossing everything together until desired doneness is reached.
  6. Serve as is or with a side of rice and sautéed zucchini.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to two months. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat.
