Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine (or additional chicken broth for a non-alcoholic version)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour in the chicken broth and white wine; bring to a simmer.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, then serve.
