Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or additional chicken broth for a non-alcoholic version)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and white wine; bring to a simmer.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, then serve.
