Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract for added richness.
- Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and tops are shiny.
- Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For an extra chewy texture, underbake the cookies slightly. Make sure to mix all ingredients thoroughly for a consistent dough.
