Irresistibly chewy, chocolatey cookies made with brownie mix, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Stir until well combined and a thick dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers still appear soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Notes
For added flavor, consider chilling the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
