Ingredients
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Bake puff pastry according to package instructions until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Beat together softened cream cheese, whipped cream, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cooled puff pastry.
- Add a layer of lemon curd on top of the cream mixture.
- Top with fresh raspberries, arranging them beautifully.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
