Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened


Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth.
  2. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the strawberries and gently mix until evenly dispersed.
  6. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Freeze the pie for at least 120 minutes or until it’s firm.
  8. Serve frozen, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.

Notes
