Ingredients
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth.
- Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Add the strawberries and gently mix until evenly dispersed.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Freeze the pie for at least 120 minutes or until it’s firm.
- Serve frozen, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.
Notes
For a lighter pie, use light cream cheese and whipped topping. Add a tablespoon of strawberry puree for enhanced flavor. Consider a chocolate drizzle before serving for a twist.
