Description

A hearty Frito Taco Salad featuring seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and crunchy Fritos, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 bag Fritos
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing


Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir according to package instructions.
  3. Combine the seasoned beef, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce in a large bowl.
  4. Add the Fritos and shredded cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle with Catalina dressing, then toss gently to combine without crushing the Fritos.
