Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag Fritos
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir according to package instructions.
- Combine the seasoned beef, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce in a large bowl.
- Add the Fritos and shredded cheese on top.
- Drizzle with Catalina dressing, then toss gently to combine without crushing the Fritos.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill for a few minutes for a refreshing twist.
