Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice cream (vanilla or mango) for serving


Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Place the banana halves cut side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Carefully flip the bananas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the fried bananas warm, drizzled with the cinnamon butter sauce and a scoop of ice cream on top.

Notes
