Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados

Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
- Stir in the lime juice, chopped onion, diced tomato, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt according to your taste preferences.
- If desired, mix in the chopped cilantro and jalapeño for an extra flavor boost.

Notes
Guacamole can brown quickly due to oxidation; scrape off the top layer if it does. Store in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed on top for up to 1-2 days.
