Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender salmon infused with zesty lemon and aromatic garlic, cooked in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest to prepare the marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow them to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) while the salmon marinates.
  4. After marinating, sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the salmon.
  5. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Pat the salmon dry before marinating to help the marinade adhere better. Adding a pinch of red pepper flakes can give a spicy kick.
