Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Additional butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine gently by pouring wet into dry and stirring until no dry flour remains.
- Fold in blueberries carefully.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat with butter or oil.
- Cook pancakes by pouring 1/4 cup batter per pancake for 2–3 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toppings of choice.
