- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic (grated or minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
Instructions

- Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the chopped broccoli, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the prepared firecracker sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes, or until the broccoli reaches your desired level of tenderness.
- Garnish the dish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
- Serve over steamed rice, noodles, or in lettuce wraps for a lighter option.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the ground chicken in the buffalo sauce for an hour before cooking. Consider adding sliced bell peppers or snap peas for crunch.
