Description

Mouthwatering fall-off-the-bone ribs that are tender, juicy, and easy to prepare, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 rack baby back ribs (membrane removed)
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar BBQ sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare your ribs by laying them on a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, shiny side up.
  3. Make the rub by mixing together the dry rub ingredients: paprika, black pepper, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and dry mustard.
  4. Season the ribs by generously applying the dry rub on both sides.
  5. Wrap the ribs securely in the foil and place them on a large baking sheet. Bake for 3 hours.
  6. Unwrap the foil and combine BBQ sauce with honey, then brush generously over the ribs.
  7. Broil for 3-5 minutes on the lowest rack, keeping a close eye on them.
  8. Serve by removing from the oven, brushing with additional BBQ sauce if desired, and sprinkling with parsley before slicing.

Notes

Cook low and slow for the best tenderness. Let the ribs rest for 10-15 minutes after cooking to redistribute juices.
