Description
Indulge in tender, juicy ribs that fall off the bone, covered in a smoky dry rub and rich barbecue sauce, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back ribs (membrane removed)
- 2 Tbs paprika
- 1 Tbs black pepper
- 3 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar BBQ sauce
- 2-3 Tbs honey
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Lay your ribs on a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Mix together the dry rub ingredients, then liberally rub the mixture over both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil and place them on a large baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 180 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Remove from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil.
- Mix the BBQ sauce and honey together, then brush this mixture over the ribs.
- Place the ribs back in the oven on the lowest rack and broil for about 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
- Remove and brush with more BBQ sauce if desired.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
