Description

Festive fruit skewers that are fun to make and healthier to eat, perfect for holiday gatherings and kid-friendly snacks.


Ingredients

  • 12 large strawberries, hulled
  • 1 large banana, sliced into 12 rounds
  • 12 green grapes, washed
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 12 small pretzel sticks or wooden toothpicks


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all fruit. Hull the strawberries and slice the banana into 12 rounds.
  2. If using cream cheese or yogurt, spread a small dab on one flat side of each banana slice.
  3. Push a grape onto the pointed end of your pretzel stick or toothpick.
  4. Slide a banana round onto the stick beneath the grape.
  5. Carefully slide a strawberry onto the stick, pointed tip facing up.
  6. Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served immediately for peak freshness. Can prep fruit up to 4 hours in advance.
