Description
Festive fruit skewers that are fun to make and healthier to eat, perfect for holiday gatherings and kid-friendly snacks.
Ingredients
- 12 large strawberries, hulled
- 1 large banana, sliced into 12 rounds
- 12 green grapes, washed
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt (optional)
- 12 small pretzel sticks or wooden toothpicks
Instructions
- Wash and dry all fruit. Hull the strawberries and slice the banana into 12 rounds.
- If using cream cheese or yogurt, spread a small dab on one flat side of each banana slice.
- Push a grape onto the pointed end of your pretzel stick or toothpick.
- Slide a banana round onto the stick beneath the grape.
- Carefully slide a strawberry onto the stick, pointed tip facing up.
- Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Best served immediately for peak freshness. Can prep fruit up to 4 hours in advance.
