Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- Optional: fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the strawberry gelatin with 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the Greek yogurt until creamy and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving bowls or a large dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for 180-240 minutes or until fully set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh strawberries on top.
Notes
For a more intense strawberry flavor, blend fresh strawberries into the yogurt mixture before folding it in with the gelatin. Use low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
