Description

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • Paprika for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks until smooth. Stir in the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish until well combined.
  3. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the halved egg whites, or use a piping bag for a more polished look.
  4. Sprinkle paprika over the top for garnish.
  5. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. To make peeling easier, use older eggs.
