Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks until smooth. Stir in the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish until well combined.
- Spoon the yolk mixture back into the halved egg whites, or use a piping bag for a more polished look.
- Sprinkle paprika over the top for garnish.
- Chill for about 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

For a healthier twist, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. To make peeling easier, use older eggs.
