Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the asparagus under cool water and trim about 1 inch from the bottom.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until it’s well-coated.
- On a baking sheet, spread the asparagus in a single layer.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, checking for a perfect crisp-tender bite.

Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the asparagus in the garlic and lemon mixture for about 15 minutes before roasting. You can also add parmesan cheese or fresh herbs.
