Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the asparagus under cool water and trim about 1 inch from the bottom.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until it’s well-coated.
  4. On a baking sheet, spread the asparagus in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 10-15 minutes, checking for a perfect crisp-tender bite.

Notes
