Delicious and effortless No Bake Crunch Cookies that combine puffed rice, chocolate chips, and peanut butter for a nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, blend the peanut butter (or almond/sunflower butter), maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto the tray.
