Description

Bite-sized meatloaf muffins that are flavorful, simple to prepare, and perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Homemade BBQ sauce for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Grease a muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Fill each muffin cup with the meat mixture, pressing gently to pack it in.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and top each muffin with your homemade BBQ sauce.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage.
