Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Combine the cooled spaghetti with pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, and mozzarella balls in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Dress the salad: Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Season with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste, mixing well.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
