Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Combine the cooled spaghetti with pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, and mozzarella balls in a large mixing bowl.
- Dress the salad: Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well coated.
- Season with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste, mixing well.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh basil just before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute turkey pepperoni and use gluten-free pasta if needed. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
