Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into even-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the carrots, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the carrots evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until they caramelize and become tender.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh thyme, and serve warm.
