Description

Delicious and customizable popsicles made with fresh fruit and yogurt, perfect for cooling off on warm days.

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruit: strawberries, bananas, or mangoes
  • Yogurt: any flavor or plain
  • Honey: to taste (substitutable with maple syrup or agave for vegan)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the fresh fruit into small, manageable pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the fruit, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters of the way full.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until solid.
  5. When you’re ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, opt for coconut or almond yogurt. Consider adding chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips before freezing.
