Delicious and customizable popsicles made with fresh fruit and yogurt, perfect for cooling off on warm days.
Ingredients
- Fresh fruit: strawberries, bananas, or mangoes
- Yogurt: any flavor or plain
- Honey: to taste (substitutable with maple syrup or agave for vegan)
Instructions
- Begin by cutting the fresh fruit into small, manageable pieces.
- In a blender, combine the fruit, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters of the way full.
- Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until solid.
- When you’re ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, opt for coconut or almond yogurt. Consider adding chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips before freezing.
