Ingredients
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta by boiling the rotini according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain well, then let it cool to room temperature.
- Combine the cooled pasta, olives, chopped tomatoes, and cheese in a large bowl.
- Dress with Italian dressing, tossing until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled at BBQs or holiday gatherings.
