Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup olives (your choice: black, green, or a mix)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved or diced)
- 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or feta)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain and let it cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with olives, chopped tomatoes, and your choice of cheese.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the mixture and gently toss everything to combine.
