Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Carefully flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic mixture over the fillets.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, basting the salmon with the glaze until it’s cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
