Ingredients
- 18.3 oz brownie mix
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the brownie mix, flour, and salt.
- Add the oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, saving a small handful for topping.
- Scoop 2-tablespoon portions of dough onto the prepared sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are slightly soft.
- Allow to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
