Ingredients
- Pasta of your choice (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and allow it to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta with halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature for the best flavor.
