Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 8 oz brick-style cream cheese, very well-softened
- 8 oz buffalo wing sauce
- 2 cups finely grated cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9-inch pie dish generously with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of the cheese blend; mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pie dish, smoothing the top evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is lightly golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
The cream cheese must be brick-style (not whipped) and extremely soft for best results. You can make the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 2 days before baking.
