Description
A creamy and cheesy buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for game day or any holiday gathering.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese (2 bricks)
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (more to taste)
- ⅔ cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1.5–2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or cooked chicken breasts)
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded chicken.
- Stir until well mixed and cook on low for 1 hour, until the dip is bubbly.
- Add extra cheese on top, if desired, and broil in the oven for a few minutes for a crispy finish.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery, or carrot sticks.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add more cream cheese. Adjust the heat by using less buffalo sauce for a milder dip.
