Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- Optional: chocolate chips or chunks for added indulgence
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until smooth.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
- Scoop dollops of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
