Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, lime juice, chili paste, and minced garlic.
- Whisk these ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the sauce, and if you prefer more heat, add additional chili paste.
- Serve your satay sauce as a dip with skewers or drizzled over your favorite dishes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
