Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (optional)
- Rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers if desired.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken shreds easily.
