Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (softened)
- 3 green onions, chopped (stalks and all)
- 1 1/2 jars chipped dried beef
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Accent (optional seasoning)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for easy mixing.
- Rinse one jar of the dried beef under cold water to reduce its saltiness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, rinsed dried beef, garlic salt, Accent, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Chill the ball in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
For a unique twist, try using flavored cream cheeses or adding in fresh herbs.
