Description

A delicious and creamy appetizer made with dried beef and cream cheese, perfect for gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 green onions, chopped (stalks and all)
  • 1 1/2 jars chipped dried beef
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent (optional seasoning)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for easy mixing.
  2. Rinse one jar of the dried beef under cold water to reduce its saltiness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, rinsed dried beef, garlic salt, Accent, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  6. Chill the ball in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For a unique twist, try using flavored cream cheeses or adding in fresh herbs.
