Description

A vibrant taco salad featuring crunchy Doritos, seasoned beef, and fresh veggies, perfect for gatherings or weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup nacho cheese Doritos
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until nicely browned. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions.
  3. Combine the seasoned beef, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Add the crushed nacho cheese Doritos right before serving.
  5. Drizzle with salsa and sour cream, then toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
