Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup nacho cheese Doritos
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until nicely browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions.
- Combine the seasoned beef, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
- Add the crushed nacho cheese Doritos right before serving.
- Drizzle with salsa and sour cream, then toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
