Delightful dill pickle deviled eggs with a zesty kick, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Halve the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks together with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill pickles, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- If desired, garnish with freshly chopped dill.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving for enhanced flavor.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing deviled eggs.
