Description

Delightful dill pickle deviled eggs with a zesty kick, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Halve the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks together with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill pickles, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  4. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped dill.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving for enhanced flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing deviled eggs.
