- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot filled with cold water. Bring the water to a boil.
- Once boiling, cover the pot and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool them quickly.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice each in half lengthwise.
- Gently remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks and combine with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Finally, sprinkle with paprika for a touch of flair before serving.
