Ingredients

- 1 cup of ripe strawberries, hulled
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Start by blending the watermelon cubes in a blender until they become a smooth puree.
- Add the hulled strawberries to the blender and blend again until thoroughly mixed.
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice, blending once more for a well-integrated flavor.
- If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
- Chill the juice in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
