Ingredients
- 2 unbaked pie crusts (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup add-ins (ham, bacon, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
- ½ cup shredded cheese (Swiss, cheddar, feta, etc.)
Instructions
- Prepare Dough: Chill pie dough at least 2 hours (best if overnight).
- Make Filling: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat Oven: 375°F (191°C). Grease mini muffin pans.
- Shape Crusts: Roll dough, cut 2.5-inch rounds, press gently into muffin pan cups.
- Fill: Pour egg mixture into each crust nearly to the top.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle each quiche with chosen add-ins and cheese.
- Bake: Bake 25–28 minutes, until golden. Cool briefly before serving.
- Serve: Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
