Description

These Mini Quiches are irresistibly tasty, easy to make, and customizable—perfect bite-sized treats for brunch, parties, or quick snacks!


Ingredients

  • 2 unbaked pie crusts (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¾ cup add-ins (ham, bacon, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (Swiss, cheddar, feta, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough: Chill pie dough at least 2 hours (best if overnight).
  2. Make Filling: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Preheat Oven: 375°F (191°C). Grease mini muffin pans.
  4. Shape Crusts: Roll dough, cut 2.5-inch rounds, press gently into muffin pan cups.
  5. Fill: Pour egg mixture into each crust nearly to the top.
