Ingredients
- 1 bunch Fresh Asparagus
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the asparagus under cold water and pat dry.
- Snap off the tough ends of each spear by gently bending them until they break.
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Toss everything together to evenly coat the asparagus.
- Roast in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if using.
