Description

Rich, creamy, and packed with savory ranch flavor — this 4-ingredient crockpot ranch chicken is the ultimate dump-and-go dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3 cups cooked white rice (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep the slow cooker. Lightly spray the inside of a 6-quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in the bottom.
  2. Make the sauce. In a bowl, whisk together the condensed soup and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  3. Assemble. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken. Dot the top with butter cubes.
  4. Cook. Cover and cook on LOW for 240 minutes, or until chicken is tender and reaches 165°F internally.
  5. Serve. Shred or slice chicken, coat it in the creamy sauce, and serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.

Notes

Use fresh or fully thawed chicken to avoid food safety risks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer. For a thicker sauce, let the lid stay slightly ajar for the final 15 minutes of cooking.
